I didn't think it would be this hard to do. Our first books were scarey but easier because the pages weren't bound I could start over if I made a mistake. Altering in a bound book doesn't feel very "forgiving" if I make a mistake. I know no mistakes they are "Creative Challenges".
This weekend is it I am going to start painting and glueing to pages in Kathi's book.

To keep this round moving, holiday's are approaching fast, how about a deadline goal of Nov. 14 to ship the books we each have right now? That way books will arrive before the really crazy holiday mailing/shipping begins. Everyone can have another book to start on if they have a break during the holidays/football season.
Let me know if a Nov. 14th goal ship deadline works.

You pup is just way too cute! Rob and I are seriously looking for a new addition to our family. We are headed up north this weekend to a Golden Retriever Rescue League.. Have seen a couple of cuties that need homes... One is 10 years old and looks just like me precious Cody did.
Glad to know I'm not the only one afraid of working on someone elses book.... Guess we just need to take that first step and not look back. Nov 14th works for me.
I have also been gathering bits for Nicki's book. I have painted my first page and am almost ready to committ to my plan.

Worked on Kathi's book this weekend, almost finished! It got easier once I started glueing and put paint on a page. Base is finished need to attach the details.
I've been slacking on Colleen's but will be ready to mail now that we have a firm date (I need the deadline sometimes, lol). I've done some watercolor painting and some experimental playing so I just need to get serious. It's fun but a little scary. I anticipate the scare factor to increase for me as the amount of work in each book increases, lol.
